Opening Game Ends In

The Club
played its first game of the season last weekend
against Barry Athletic but sadly the game ended in
defeat. There were many plus points however
including the bowling of youngster Callum Herring
who finished with figures of 2-41 and also the
batting of Ian Pembrey (Pictured left) who hit 62
with a fine array of shots.

2 Fine Away Wins! |

On the last weekend
before the league campaign got underway Tredegar
enjoyed two fine away wins. First beating Barry by
11 runs and then Llanarth by 90. The Outstanding
performers from the 2 games were Lewis Parfit (Left)
who hit an unbeaten and well deserved century
against Barry and the very tall Andrew Evans who
recorded figures of 2-3 off 6 overs.
